Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly through Numiere - Lumina NRG at numiere.com. If you purchased a Numiere or Lumina NRG product from another retailer, marketplace, spa, clinic, or authorized provider, please contact that seller directly for their shipping, return, and warranty process.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using the shipping services available for your delivery address at checkout. Shipping methods, estimated transit times, taxes, duties, and available service levels may vary by country, region, product, and order value.

Orders are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

United States

  • Shipping options for U.S. orders are shown at checkout.
  • Ground and faster shipping options may be available depending on your address and the products in your cart.
  • Please allow time for order processing before the package is picked up by the carrier.

International Orders

  • Numiere ships internationally to destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout.
  • Delivery time, carrier availability, import rules, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees vary by destination.
  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing and Delivery Time

Please allow up to 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment unless a product page, preorder notice, or checkout message states otherwise. Ground delivery commonly takes 5–10 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates and can change because of carrier delays, weather, customs review, holidays, or address issues. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect Address, Lost Packages, or Shipping Damage

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@luminanrg.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order is placed.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. Contact us promptly so we can help review the situation. If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials, take clear photos of the damage, and email us immediately.

Returns

Numiere wants you to feel confident in your purchase. For eligible Numiere / Lumina NRG devices purchased directly from numiere.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email info@luminanrg.com with your order number, the name or email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the order is eligible.

Return Requirements

  • Returns must be requested within the eligible return window.
  • Items must include the original box, accessories, charging cables, manuals, and any parts included with the order.
  • Returned products are inspected after they are received.
  • Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, route protection, and similar service fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for inspection and for your bank or payment provider to post the refund. Refunds may exclude original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement because of a defect, damage in transit, or a warranty issue, contact us before returning the item so we can help choose the correct solution.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and inspection reasons, some items may be final sale or may not qualify for return once opened, used, damaged, missing parts, or outside the return window. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned through the original seller.

Warranty

Numiere / Lumina NRG products are made with quality in mind. Your store currently maintains a Life Time Warranty page for Lumina NRG products. Warranty coverage is intended to support eligible product defects or qualifying damage according to the warranty terms published on the website.

Warranty requests may require proof of purchase, photos or video of the issue, the original order number, and the name or email used for the order. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal cosmetic wear, loss, theft, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions unless your published warranty terms state otherwise.
