Lumina NRG Lifetime Warranty

Lumina NRG provides a limited lifetime replacement warranty on this product. Our Lifetime Warranty covers any damage, defects, or other issues due to design/manufacture of the product. This warranty does not cover daily wear and tear or any mishandling of the product.

To initiate the Warranty Process, please send the product with all its parts to the provided address below. You will need to pay a warranty fee of $49.95 to cover the cost of Shipping and Handling of your replacement product.  Please note: we will NOT fix your product ,you will receive a new product.
