Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Charge Your Device

Before first use, fully charge the device for up to 2 hours using the included USB-C charging cable and a 5V USB power source. Avoid using fast chargers.

  • The LED indicator will blink while charging.
  • The light will remain solid when fully charged.
  • The device will not operate while charging.

Step 2: Prep Your Skin

Clean and completely dry the neck and décolleté area before treatment.
Use only on normal, intact, healthy skin.

Do not apply heavy creams or occlusive products before use.

Step 3: Power On & Select Intensity

  • Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to power on.
  • The controller light will turn white.
  • Briefly press the ON/OFF button to adjust the light intensity.
  • Press the Timer button to choose your treatment duration:
    • 10 minutes
    • 15 minutes
    • 20 minutes

Step 4: Begin Treatment

Place the mask comfortably around your neck and décolleté area using the adjustable strap.

Relax during treatment while the LED light therapy works on the skin.

The device uses:

  • Deep Red Light (630nm)
  • Near-Infrared Light (830nm)

Treatment will automatically shut off when the selected timer ends.

Step 5: After Use

  • Power off the device.
  • Clean the mask using a water-based wipe or soft damp cloth.
  • For stubborn residue, gently wipe with 70% alcohol.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Do not clean the device while charging or powered on.

Recommended Use

Use once daily, 3–7 times per week, for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Reduce frequency if redness or irritation occurs.

Important Safety Information

  • Do not use while charging.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated, infected, or sunburned skin.
  • Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or under age 22.
  • Do not look directly into the LED lights.
  • Stop use immediately if discomfort or irritation occurs.
  • Consult your healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or are taking medications that may cause light sensitivity.
