Feather Neck & Décolleté LED Mask Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Charge Your Device

Plug the USB-C cable into the charging port at the back of the controller.
Allow it to fully charge before first use (about 2 hours).
A solid light indicates the device is fully charged.

Step 2: Prep Your Skin

Cleanse and dry your neck and décolleté area thoroughly.
For best results, apply your favorite serum or moisturizer right before treatment.
Avoid heavy creams that may block the light.

Step 3: Power On & Select Mode

Press and hold the power button on the controller for 2 seconds to turn on.
Tap the Mode button to choose your desired LED color setting:

  • Red Light (630 nm): Anti-aging & firming

  • Blue Light (470 nm): Clarifying & purifying

  • Yellow Light (590 nm): Brightening & even tone

  • Mixed Light: Comprehensive care

Adjust intensity and vibration (if available) to your comfort level.

Step 4: Begin Treatment

Place the mask comfortably around your neck so it sits evenly across the skin.
Press Start — the lights will activate automatically.
Treatment time is 10–15 minutes per session.
Relax while the LED light and gentle heat work their magic.
The device will shut off automatically when the cycle is complete.

Step 5: After Use

Gently remove the mask and power it off.
Wipe the inside surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove residue.
Store it in a cool, dry place until your next session.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use 3–5 times per week for optimal results.

  • Consistency is key — visible improvement builds over time.

  • Avoid direct sunlight or harsh exfoliation immediately after use.

  • Always keep the charging port dry.

  • Do not use while sleeping or charging.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Discontinue use if you experience discomfort or skin irritation.

  • Not recommended for use with open wounds or active skin conditions.
